This is the last of my full size herd, it is so hard to let go of these four. The roan sorrel in the back ground is Duke, and he is big! He is a sixteen year old gelding, well broke but not a dead head. He loads good and stands for the farrier. Out of all my horses this is my grandkids favorite. I had him sold once, got his coggins and the kids talk us out of it,

Black Overo is Dusty Maiden, mare six years old, APHA reg. #562276, she catches everyones eye! She may be bred to JJ Sprigger (Horse in the middle also on stallion page).Update:Dusty had a bay colt 3-11-07 see 2007 foal page. Dusty had a filly 2008. Stands well for the farrier, sweet mare. We had the saddle on her a several years ago, and sit on her and she had no reaction and that was the only time.

JJ is the one in the middle listed on the stallion page. And last is Baby Girl, I have had her since she was five moths old, and I don't know if anyone can love her the way I do. She is a 6 year old maiden, (could be bred to JJ), has alot of spirit, and a beautiful gait. She is a devoted loyal little mare, smart to fault, you can't trick her into anything! She also had the saddle on a couple of years ago but I did not sit in it. Some people, she is very friendly with, others she has a stranger danger thing with. And the farrier would be one of these people, scares her to death for the stranger to hold on to her foot, luckly her hoofs chip off to look as good as the others. She loves the water hose, therefore takes baths good and enjoys being groomed. She has never kicked nor bit. I guess you can tell she is a personal favorite of mine.
